Do I have Epilepsy or some other neurological disease?

I keep get these weird sensations that feel like electric pulses continuously zapping my head. For whatever reason, it also arises when I move my eyes to the upper most extreme areas. At their worst, my body spazzes out involuntarily and the pulses increase in magnitude. I've also been suffering from sleep paralysis, and when dreaming, I occasionally lose control over my character's movements, either slamming violently against a wall or on the ground. Sometimes, it leads me to running into walls as though gravitated by some anomalous force propelling me towards it. Very unpleasant, and sometimes very painful. What could be going wrong? I'm on a couple anti-psychotics myself, and would like to discern whether or not it is related.
