Some colleges do look at high school records for transfer students, but that tends to happen when you only have a few college credits. With the number of credits you have, it's unlikely that colleges will ask for high school records. But if they do, it's fine. You obviously did well your last two years and that success has continued in college. MLB 2K11 joystick problems?

I am using a Logitech Dual action joystick on MLB2k11. But when pitching, when I start to select a pitch with the buttons it goes straight into the gesture, and you cannot control it with the right analog stick. You can only control the pitch with the actual button you selected the pitch with. I used this joystick with MLB2k10, and I never had any problems. It appears to be set up correctly in the controller configurations. Please help !

I think it depends upon why you are out.If I'm just out for a stroll then I can walk at what pace I choose,stop when something catches my eye or simply be alone with my thoughts.When walking with others the purpose of the walk can typically be focused on fitness.However the people I walk with are of various ages and abilities so we adjust the pace accordingly.We enjoy each others company and if we have the younger kids with us we realize their expectations are going to be different than a true fitness walk.The important thing for me (and for my group) is spending time together and sharing what limited time we have outdoors.

Need help identifying a Matchbox car accessory?

If I were purchasing it I wouldn't spend more than $200 at the most. Mainly becuase alot of those games are not neccesarily in high demand. The hard drives help but most people wouldn't want an arcade especially since you can get a new slim xbox with 4gb hard drive for $200 with a controller AND they have wifi. Best bet would be to see how much you could get for trade-in value at a local game store or an Entertainmart type of store.

Problem with my bicycle that I NEED to fix!!!!?

hey, i need help with my bike. i'm a first time bike user, and i really don't know the names of ANYTHING. i was biking one day and my hand accidentally hit the gear on the left handle which moved the number up to 2. i know it's not the speed because that's the gear on the right handle, it has 7 speeds. i moved it one more up on purposed and found out it went up to 3. when i clicked it back to 1, my bike stopped and made some weird clicking sound, and now my pedals spin oddly, and they don't make a clicking sound. they just spin around and around, and don't even propel the bike forward. also, if you spin the pedals around about 3 times, it stops and doesn't move anymore. i've tried clicking the gear on the left handle again, but nothing seems to work. I need my bike to take me to school, friends houses, etc. I got the bike at Target for $200, and it's been working really well for about 2 weeks, no problems at all. HELP...PLEASE!!!

Orson scott card is good, a bit dry though. I love robin hobb. Sherrilyn kenyon is good but after awhile I got tired of reading her. You should also check out robin mckinley and, of you were able to stomach laurel k hamilton you should read kushiels dart. Not that the two are similar but they are a little graphic in some ways. Also you should read anne bishop, possibly my all time favorite author.

I think it depends upon why you are out.If I'm just out for a stroll then I can walk at what pace I choose,stop when something catches my eye or simply be alone with my thoughts.When walking with others the purpose of the walk can typically be focused on fitness.However the people I walk with are of various ages and abilities so we adjust the pace accordingly.We enjoy each others company and if we have the younger kids with us we realize their expectations are going to be different than a true fitness walk.The important thing for me (and for my group) is spending time together and sharing what limited time we have outdoors.

I am raising newts that are in the larvae stage right now. I expect some to die every once in a while. They can't all live. Today I saw an unusual amount of dead larvae in my tank! I got worried. Why wont my lawn mower keep running?

We just had the same problem with ours. my husband removed the plastic cover on the top and discovered that the spring that holds the throttle open was rusty. it lost it's strength to hold the throttle open to keep the gas getting to the engine. he used a zip tie to fix it until we can get a spring. open the cover and have someone move the throttle bar up and down and you will see where the throttle is from it's movement near the engine.

normal. don't mow if grass is wet. raise the deck.if grass is wet, it will not be thrown into the bag. my toro, which is self propelled and just about the same cost does the same thing. also, if your mower is a mulching mower like mine, it will hold the grass in so it can cut it in smaller pieces. of course if it's wet, it ain't gonna fall out. with a mulcher you have to mow more often so the grass is not too long as it will leave clumps.

Do I have Epilepsy or some other neurological disease?

I keep get these weird sensations that feel like electric pulses continuously zapping my head. For whatever reason, it also arises when I move my eyes to the upper most extreme areas. At their worst, my body spazzes out involuntarily and the pulses increase in magnitude. I've also been suffering from sleep paralysis, and when dreaming, I occasionally lose control over my character's movements, either slamming violently against a wall or on the ground. Sometimes, it leads me to running into walls as though gravitated by some anomalous force propelling me towards it. Very unpleasant, and sometimes very painful. What could be going wrong? My lawn mower won't run...?

recently i have started having problems with my lawn mower. it's a troy built tb260 self propelled walk behind mower, with a briggs and stratton 190cc engine. i start it, and it will run for about 20 seconds then it sounds like it's sloting down, and starts idling really rough until it dies completely. when i try to start it again, it just idles and dies. after a few tries it won't even do that. i changed the air filter, and the spark plug. it has plenty of gas, and the oil is good. i really am stuck on this.

How far should a football/basketball player run for cardio?

I'm going to be a Sophomore in the fall and I play MLB/Fullback in football and PF in basketball. I lift and run 2.5 miles every day (except when I have team practices then I only run 1.5). My teamates that are like backs and wide-outs don't even run that far. So should I run less and do more sprints or is what I'm doing fine? I also jump rope almost every day if it means anything. Need to know name of a 1970's toy gun...?

I remember these as a kid. These were gun-shaped rubber toys with wide mouth barrels, I think the guns were yellow and made out of soft, pliable rubber. Why arent I losing weight?

Im 14 and short. Like 5'1". i use to weigh 130 pounds when i was 12 but know im 102. The lowest ive ever been is 96 and that was in about january. I wouldnt say im thin i would say im about average but im trying to loose more fat and get more defined around my stomach and chest area. I run for 50 minutes EVERY DAY. occasionally ill skip running for a day. I also workout regularly like 4 or 5 times a week. Im also not too far into puberty so im assuming that might have to do with it a little? My diet usually consists of grilled chicken, turkey breast, lean cuisines, peanut butter sandwich (the bread i use is wheat, 45 calories per slice and i barely put any peanut butter on the bread) and thats about it. I also eat subway turkey sandwiches and chick fil-a chargrilled chicken sandwich. I drink propel zero and occasionally diet soda. Im not really seeing any results in the mirror so i wouldnt say im staying neutral by gaining muscle and loosing fat because it sure doesnt seem like it.

MLB11 the show or MLB 2k11?

MLB 11 the show is about 100 times better than 2k11. I rented both games when they released to see which is better and ended up buying the show. It has better graphics, smoother gameplay, more realistic and just all around better in every way. 2k11 isn't a horrible game but the show is just a better and more realistic baseball simulation.

i was searching for the ingredients in mio, and if it was safe for babies. i have a 5month old son who is gaining a tremendous amount of weight because he simply does not get full as easily. his dr suggested that we try water for him. Are the laws of physics the same of our earth the same as other planets in our universe?

Hello i was thinking and i may already know the answer but are the laws of physics the same on other planets in our solar system as our earth. I would think not since the gravity, heat, magnatational pull, and make up of other planets are different than our own. Lets take mars it may have different matirials in the land that could possibly allow us to find a different way of propelling our cars etc. If you say somehow made an artificial enviroment on mars and studied mars in depth as a human on the soil not a mars rover it would be like studying the world all over again. There have been microorganisms found on mars so this dismises all critiqes that say we are the only living beings in our solar system because there they are on mars they may not be our view of aliens but they are still microorganisms. Okay back to the point If the laws of physics are different from our, im not just saying physics but everything than our planets are the second step in furthering our selve in knowledge and wisdom of course the first step is exploring our oceans on our own planet. Why do NFL players rape assault and kill people but MLB guys don't?

this just sounds kind of ignorant. humans are humans. we are all capable of the same things, and even though there are characteristics that are more common for the sorts of people who act on such behavior, what sport you're interested in isn't one of them... the reason it might be more common in the NFL (though certainly not unheard of in MLB) is because football is more aggressive than baseball. i understand there are a lot of injuries in baseball...but how many from getting tackled? case and point. therefore, if someone has a specific aggressive attitude, which IS a characteristic of the type of person who commits such crimes, they are probably going to pick to play or be better at the more aggressive type sport. it's not that one sport is better than the other, it's just that one is more aggressive while the other is not, and aggressive people play aggressive sports.

Firstly that trade makes sense but i dont see the Heat giving up Udonis Haslem. The Heat lack players with experience playing in Miami. I think Dalembart is the perfect fit for this Heat team as he is a great rebounder and defender and can keep uo with the big 3 when they run the fast break. I think the Heat will resign Bibby and Evans and Parker are great pickups as the Heat have a pretty pathetic bench. Kenyon Martin is also a great fit but is very injury prone.

I get to sit here in beautiful Eagle Point Park in Dubuque and watch the Red Sox while my nephews play on the swing-set and slide. I must admit I've been playing with the slide and the swing-set too. No worries about download caps and the download speed is plenty fast for MLB.tv in the highest quality. It isn't quite as good as the Direct Tv quality, but I can't complain. I realize anyone outside of the tri-state area probably will not know what Eagle Point Park is so I provided some pictures. The pictures do not quite do it justice but you get the idea. There are so many bald eagles here if you live here you have trouble believing they are still an threatened species. The only bad thing is in the winter when their food supply is sparse they will on occasion go for a small cat or a really small dog like a chihuahua which tends to piss you off. The eagles are majestic though.

Justin Smoak. Minor league numbers don't really translate at all to the MLB, and there's a risk in Montero; any scrub can hit .300 in AAA, though I'm not at all saying that Montero won't be good at the big league level. For example, Bryan LaHair has a .352/.425/.664 line and his numbers obviously haven't translated well in the majors. Smoak has shown he can produce at the major league level and until Montero does the same, I can't say with any merit that he's better than Smoak, who still has a bright future ahead of him and is already doing well with an OPS well above .800, good for something like 20th in the league.
