I'm going to be a Sophomore in the fall and I play MLB/Fullback in football and PF in basketball. I lift and run 2.5 miles every day (except when I have team practices then I only run 1.5). My teamates that are like backs and wide-outs don't even run that far. So should I run less and do more sprints or is what I'm doing fine? I also jump rope almost every day if it means anything. Thanks
